Baton Rouge gets Zurich Classic pro-am“. And also “

Hmmm…what was the last PGA Tour event in Baton Rouge? In the 1960’s? Was it the Baton Rouge Open Invitational? Arnold Palmer won the Baton Rouge Open Invitational twice.
Other Baton Rouge Golf Champions have included Ken Venturi, Jimmy Demaret, Bob Toski, Sam Snead, and Jack Burke, Jr.
The Zurich Classic PGA Tour Pro-Am tournament at University Club on April 22nd will give spectators a chance to see some golf professionals tee it up.
The Zurich Classic begins the following day, April 23rd, in New Orleans. The Official Zurich Classic Website has all the information you need, should you decide to watch in New Orleans.
