Chef’s Evening in Denham Springs, Louisiana ~ Antique District

Update 05Dec11: The event was a great success this year. We met a lot of new people. Thanks to Republic Wine Company for donating Cupcake Chardonnay and Red Velvet wines.  Everyone loved the flavors combined with our seafood stuffed potato and sweet potato bread pudding with praline sauce.

Tickets went on sale Saturday, October 29th, 2011 for the annual Chef’s Evening in the Antique District. The event was held on December 1st, 2011, and featured different restaurants setting up in  establishments all along the Antique District on Range Avenue, here in downtown Denham Springs.

The $25 tickets were very popular. Only 300 were sold. It was great seeing all of you, and we look forward to next year’s event.
